3. Mrs. Green Clean supplies all other equipment and supplies.

1. Mrs. Green Clean is proud to be a team of honest hardworking people!
2. Background checks are preformed on all employees before hire
3. Mrs. Green Clean employees are bonded and insured
4. Our employees wear uniforms.
5. Michelle Boyle owner of Mrs. Green Clean personally trains all cleaning technicians.
6. Each crew has a working manager on site to ensure quality workmanship for every cleaning.
7. Mrs. Green Clean works hard and spends a great deal of resources to attain and retain her clients, as well as her employees. Independently hiring an employee of Mrs. Green Clean for cleaning purposes is not okay.
Quality Guaranteed:
We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home or business if, after your inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Extra attention will be given in that area during future visits.
Schedule Changes or Cancellations:
1. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be changed or cancelled, please notify Mrs. Green Clean as far in advance as possible.
2. A client who cancels with less than two (2) days notice will be charged $25
3. A client who cancels with less than (1) days notice a client will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the bill due for the service that would have been performed.
4. Giving as much advance notice as possible allows Mrs. Green Clean the ability to schedule another client in your place.
5. If the scheduled cleaning is not re-scheduled (and skipped) Mrs. Green Clean may need to charge a higher rate for the next scheduled visit due to the extra work needed to complete that cleaning service.
6. Mrs. Green Clean will also do their best to give you the same courtesy if there is ever a need on our part to change a scheduled cleaning time.
Entering your home or business:
1. Please be sure your home or business is accessible to our cleaning crews. If you are not present when we come to clean, please deactivate your security alarm prior to each scheduled visit, or provide us with a code. If our cleaning crews are unable to access your the building or if our crew is turned away when they arrive, you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the bill due for the service that would have been performed.
2. Ask Mrs. Green Clean about a key arrangement to avoid such issues.
3. If you will not be present when we arrive we ask that you not leave doors unlocked for liability purposes.
Most of our business is acquired from word of mouth to thank our clients for spreading the word we have a
Referral Rewards program:
1. Clients will receive a $25 discount to their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to Mrs. Green Clean. This discount becomes effective after the referred customer’s first cleaning.
2. After 5 such referrals you will receive a FREE maintenance cleaning.
Changes in agreed maintenance cleaning:
1. Upon our first visit to your house, please indicate the areas of your house that need our cleaning service. We will then evaluate your needs and charge you accordingly. You will receive our plan and service agreement. If you should want any additional services at any given time please inform Mrs. Green Clean management before your scheduled cleaning so that we can adjust your rate and plan accordingly.
2. Mrs. Green Clean will also reassess your home and cleaning needs quarterly, if there have been changes to your home (for example: remodel, additions, less maintenance on the clients part, additions to the family, additional pets, new furniture etc.) and your cleaning needs Mrs. Green Clean will notify you of necessary rate adjustments.
3. We reserve the option of yearly increasing our fees according to the market situation
Payment:
1. We require full payment upon completion of our residential cleaning services, or a $5.00 finance charge will be assessed to the bill. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to the next cleaning or we will not be able to perform future cleaning services. Returned checks are charged $25 for reprocessing.
2. Payments can be made in the form of cash or check
In preparation for Mrs. Green Clean visits:
1. Prior to the cleaning technician’s arrival, please remove all items that may delay our cleaning service. This will maximize our cleaning efficiency. If you prefer that our cleaning technicians remove these items, we may need to charge an additional fee accordingly.
2. If you have any irreplaceable, collectible or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.
3. Mrs. Green Clean is not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention. The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client and Mrs. Green Clean management of any accidental damage that occurs during each job.
4. In the event that the client finds any damage in the house as a result of our cleaning service, the client must notify Mrs. Green Clean within two (2) days after service.
5. For safety reasons, we ask that your children be supervised while our staff and equipment are present in your home.
6. Mrs. Green Clean loves Animals and we enjoy their company while working in your home. Please inform us if your pet has any special behaviors or other important information we should be aware of.
